High RBC

Can't donate for another week per blood bank.
Going out of country from USA to Bangkok.
My recent lab was kinda high red blood cells, how fast do I have to act or will I be alright for another 3 weeks until I get back.

I attached a photo. Currently off cycle and only running trt dose. 140mg week.

You are completely fine! Different labs have different reference ranges. Plenty of labs go as high as 18 hemoglobin and 54 hematocrit. Your ranges are great.
