Old phart here and as I like to say ... not getting any younger.
I joined for knowledge not sources, so this post is not intended to unlock anything. I came here from the pep and amino side of of the world, so I can probably find things I might need. Regarding what those things are ... TBD and hence the interest.
I have fought obesity my entire life, and if you add up the total I've lost over the years, the number would be large. This time, with the assistance of GLP's, and the research road that took me down, I am confident things are different. I'm pretty close to the "goal" weight I set, but have come to realize my old beliefs of weight being an important number were the wrong outlook. I have begun to focus on "looks" more than "pounds", and really .... more importantly ... how I feel.
I have begun monitoring blood work, have become familiar with (but still green) on what those markers mean, and intend on improving and optimizing these internal statistics to the best of my ability. I'm not here to compete or become the next hulk, but plan on adding definition and more strength than say a typical human of my age. Will this transition into a desire to "keep going", perhaps, but that is not foremost in my mind. A lean, well defined physique, extra energy and cognitive enhancements are my goals. Better sleep is also at the top of the list.
I have been doing simple body weight exercises with a mix of cardio for about the past month. My son (who is a former athlete) is my "trainer". We have continually tried to increase demand, and I do feel as if additional strength and definition have been a result. Based on the buzz words I have learned, I'd guess you'd say I'm cutting.
So, why Meso? Again, because I want to learn how the various compounds I have seen discussed elsewhere actually work, their impacts on the body, and how (if at all) they might benefit my journey. The only one I'm currently evaluating is Test which I added based on what are generally considered normal bloods, but I and others feel are low. I have also been researching a blend of Tesa/IPA and completed a cycle of IPA/CJC about 2 months ago. I plan on finishing this current cycle, and abandoning these secretagogues for the real thing. How much and how often are TBD. I have been experimenting with Aminos PWO, and do find they provide additional help, even if only placebo. Other peps that are in use revolve around energy and cognitive function but probably should be discussed elsewhere. I am open to providing more details, especially if these may be helpful or even hinder something that may be recomended from this community.
Long story short ... I'm here for the knowledge and look forward to interacting allthough I typically don't post too often and when I do it's probably going to be word vomit .... see above.
