Home brew came out underdosed, How?

Honestly the only thing I can think is the beaker from med lab supply was inaccurate. That’s the only thing that makes sense. I’m going to buy another beaker from a different science supply company and see if they are identical in the amount of fluid they hold at the 100ml mark. Because the hormone was fully dissolved and I kept it stirring as I was filtering. I know I didn’t stir it long, But it’s the only conclusion I can come up with because I’m good at math.
You measured using a beaker? Use a syringe or graduated cylinder. Beaker isn't nearly as precise

just put the beaker on a scale, zero it, and put 100g of room temp water in it. 100g of water should hit the 100mL line. I'll tell ya right now it's not going to be 20-30% off though

Why is a beaker not precise if it’s from a name brand scientific company? I can understand an Amazon or eBay beaker not being accurate

So what is your opinion on what caused my issue here?

It's just not as precise as using a graduated cylinder. Even the top brands. It's standard practice in actual labs (of all sorts not just gear) to use a graduated cylinder as it's far more precise

@112yagosmi im not trying to shit on you here, but let’s really think critically on this. Even if you used inaccurate measuring tools, there still shouldn’t be a 30%+ margin of error. Your math must have been off somewhere as well, and it’s possible your brewing process isn’t ideal either.

No offense taken. Just trying to learn, I’m new at it. Here’s the recipe I used. The ba/bb was included in the total volume of semi finished oil. So it was not 122ml, it was 100ml

250mg/ml. 10 vials
100ml total volume
25g raws 2.5g overdose total 27.5g
2ml BA
20ml BB

Good to know, I’ll buy one. Thank you for the tip

So you used 22 mL ba/bb, did you use 78 mL of oil? Or did you pull some out to account for the displacement of the raw hormone powder? It wouldn’t account for a 30% dilution, but it will add to it

I first added 30ml mct, then BB, then the raw, then I added more mct until just under the 100ml line. Then I heated and stirred on my magnetic stirrer. Then after 15-20min I added the BA and let it stir while I got the syringe filters and vials ready…maybe another 5-8min

I’m guessing this is where I fucked up lol

Well making a injection perparation isnt really that critical. If your sure you did everything right then your raws were shit. Thats all it comes down do. I also just read you use the fill line on the beaker. I never do this. They can be very inaccurate and the oil and bb will expand with any heat making those lines all the more inaccurate. I always use syringes to measure everything and always make measurements with cool liquids

I think this

So I bought 96% purity TC raws from a well known vendor here. I brewed them in MCT at 2/20 with 10% OD of 250mg/ml. I filtered with a whatman syringe filter and sent a sample to jano. It came back as 188mg/ml

I don’t know how this happened.

The scale I used was brand new and accurate according to the calibration weights. I also put a 10g bag of tren on the scale and it weighed 10.3g.

The raws tested at 96% purity by another member just months before I got my raws. Reading back the raws were constantly tested as 96-98% within the last couple of years.

The beaker I used was from medlabsupply and it was accurately calibrated. I measured the ba/bb with a BD syringe. My math was correct I’m 110% sure of that.

I used mild heat and a magnetic stirrer only long enough for it to dissolve. Maybe 15min.

The only thing I can think is I didn’t use the magnetic stirrer and heat long enough and some raws got caught in my syringe filter and lowered my mg/ml of finished oil. How long do you guys stir for?

Anything else you can think of that possibiy went wrong? I felt like I did enough research and bought name brand products so it should have come out correct.
Because you watch too much gunting goat

This is true? Wow going to do this. Thanks
