Homebrew a HA filler, any tips?

Hi guys, lately I have been using Mediphorm rapid load, and I have had good results on my rear delts, but it just doesn't last long on me, after 3/4 weeks there is very little left, and unfortunately 3 vials cost about 300€ in Europe, while the hyaluronic acid raw from China is around 50€ for 100gr, so I was wondering how you would make a filler like Mediphorm/Formafill?
What i couldn't precisely find is the percentage of HA to use, some say 10% so i thought so I was thinking of something like this for 100ml of product:

88ml BAC
10ml BB
2ml BA
10gr Hyaluronic Acid

Is the BB necessary? Or only the BA is needed?

How would you proceed with homebrewing it? For the water bases I don't think the heat is necessary, but just swirling it, so I thought of adding in the beaker in this order BAC, BB, BA and HA, swirl it for about 30min, and then proceed to filtering, and on this point what filters would you use? The classic PTFE .22?
Do you know better exactly what mediphorm or Formafill contains so as to better replicate it? Of course would be for personal use only.

I've noticed one of my buddies say, mediphorm is very thicker. If that's actually the case, there's more to it than the recipe you mentioned above.

Yes it is very thick, I guess I will have to try and see the viscosity as i mix it, i will try and let you know what percentage i used.

Hyaluronic acid is really thick expeciallt if crosslinked. Doubt with right apparatus you can filter or sterilize it in some way

Hey Dude. I have been working on this and just saw your post. The gel for the injections is 24mg/ml. I don't think BB is necessary but have not been able to filter this stuff.

The usage affects particle size:
Fine (crows feet, wrinkles, etc) 0.1-0.15mm
Derm (deep wrinkles, lips, nasolabial fold) 0.15-0.28mm
Deep (jawline, cheeks, etc. ) 0.28-0.5mm
Sub-skin (breasts, butt, delts, etc) 0.5-2.0mm

You basically add water, and it will form into gel in a few hours. If you could cap pure enough powder into vials and sterilize then you just need to add BAC to get the right concentration.
