How Can I help younger Men talking about juicing when they shouldnt even have this word in their head??

Question So I am known for talking about hot topics even at work and with others. No need to list them we are all intelligent and know what they are. So with this being said is it wrong of me telling 18yr teens they are literally fucking dumb when i hear them talking about blasting when they get done watching those influencers? I mean I do it anyways and it usually goes like "How old are you? Response is oh i just graduated high school or I am a senior in high school." I then say you are fucking dumb. Why don't you train harder and focus on nutrition first?" Well CBUM and Sam Sulek... and then i just say You are fucking dumb and its highly unlikely you have those kind of genetics.." I know this is wrong I wish i knew how to properly approach this but i am kind of a brash individual.. Any advice of how i can approach this in a better manner would be appreciated as we dont need anymore young ppl dying anymore at least over Bodybuilding.

You think its difficult with other people's kids - I've got a 19 year old son that I constantly have to talk out of blasting.

Remember how you were when you were that age, if you set your mind on something do you really think someone else could have talked you out of it?

All you can do is try to be a good example and hope they'll follow suit. Upset them, and they rebel and do it anyway.

i agreee to all this but we gotta figure something out. i mean this isnt the day of pro hormones from gnc lol remember those days? lol but look to be honest we all was stupid and if we could be smarter about what we did then wouldnt we? but i hope we can guide them to move them into a right direction.

While people may make endless crazy claims and talk big I do not see my local morgue filling up with bodies... This is not a problem where I live.

Sounds like you just want to preach at young people. Nothing wrong with that but this is not a public health emergency.

It doesn't matter, they wont listen. Kids who get in their head and cant be talked out of it just have to screw up and learn from living the mistakes. You can try to educate them on safer use dosages/choices. Best advice I got through to young guys was to at least lift everyday, and get at least eat 5 meals with 40 grams protein from meat and fill in the rest with whatever they want. They would never stick to a planned diet with macros/micros. But they seem to listen about the protein.

to be honest we all was stupid and if we could be smarter about what we did then wouldnt we?
When I was 21 I "fell in love" with this skank from the east coast, told me she was a virgin, said all the right things, batted her pretty eyes at me. I proposed to her 1 week after meeting her and married her a month after that. She was pregnant 1 month after that.

Turns out she had a body count longer than the phone book and we had nothing in common and we found out we hated each other when the "love" wore off weeks later. Then life became a living hell. She'd be out all night and come home the next day, was banging Tom, Dick and Harry and anyone else she came across. Broke my stupid ignorant little fool heart.

You're damed right I would have done it differently, looking back. But my old man sat me down several times and tried to talk me out of it before I married her. Went in one ear and out the other. Sometimes we learn the hard way.

Right direction is what? Let them blast if they want. They'll figure it out. If they have the money to buy the gear and the food, then ok. Most people aren't disciplined enough to do this the right way. They'll probably get bored and move on with their life, like most people.

Tell them to control blood pressure and do bloodwork and to be careful.

The best way to give advice i find is to say nothing unless they bring up the topic and ask about it. I find people don't like unsolicited advice. And they probably already have heard all the positive things from the internet guru's they have been watching. But if they ask, ask them how much time they have spent studying up all the downsides short and long term so that they have a good understanding. The positive side of issues is easy enough to deal with. If someone is well informed they should do as they feel is right. And if not there is always Darwin's theory.

so i definitely used wrongs words when writing that. so ill restate it just seems in the world we are in that fitness is huge and it seems like we do lose a few here and there that are way too young. lets be honest back in the day most pro bodybuilders weren't dying i mean shit look i guess the worse case scenario from the old days could be ct fletcher? but the heart thing could of came from other things i dont really know to state the full truth because i haven't looked into him alot. but im just referencing to the fact that alot of people seem to forget the majority of it is hard work and training. yes you can dirty bulk during a blast and then suffer like hell on the cut... but its still hard work. but it just seems common like everyone i hear is like sarms peptides and juice. why not wait and enjoy the process. and no i dont want to preach its just i feel as if they fall into fomo. as odd as it seems with the fitness industry and working out. i remember when i was diving head first into fitness and it was jay cutler winning his first olympia lol.. so its just odd like no one really cared about fitness then. Shit it was just bodybuilding.com forums then.

Or you coukd say maybe you are having a challenging time, changing with the times???

That said, i see people doing the leg press while on there phone at the same time…. This to me is worse. At least they are not doing heroin/fent.

Smart/Successful people learn from the mistakes of others, not so smart people have to make mistakes themselves to learn….

I was told 100000 thousand times barbell bench causes pec tear… dumbell wont…. I dumbell benched for 5 years no barbell, i wanted to change things up, first day trying barbell, hit 315 for 10, tore my pec on tenth…. This whole time i was listening to the advice, i strayed and bam…. Now i listen much clearer, but to reputable sources.

Except when people say to not cruise year round….that i still do.

So spouting knowledge in s tone that shows care, is all you can do. And if they are ready they will listen, or when the tike comes maybe they will remember what you said.

I was told something 5 years ago from someone at the gym when i first started, and i just passed that info to someone the other day at the gym. If they are ready to listen they will.

All very good points. maybe i should just let it go and when i hear them say they wanna juice and run tren i should also add maybe do fentanyl? lol tooo much huh? Meh i figured that would contribute to Darwinism

It's admirable that you want to help and I think you have highlighted what seems to be a problem right now with younger and younger kids starting cycles. Maybe we just hear about it more these days because of the internet, but AAS are definitely easier to obtain than they were years ago. There could be a wave of infertility coming in the next few decades lol.

Stop giving a shit, it’s that easy. Outside of your immediate family and close friends, simply stop trying to save the world
trying to save the world would mean basically stopping the drug epidemic in our country and other countries that is the furthest thing im trying to do. but valid just be less inhuman to others and let them fuck their own lives up agreed. See i was trying to see a way to be humane but now i get it fuck em let them ruin their lives and watch them turn into dumpster fires.

Social media has also gotten many young people thinking about using gear. How many posts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc show bodybuilders and gym rats who discuss PEDs? Younger people get the impression that PED use is acceptable and would desire to use them and even the gymrat at the gym could well pressure them to try gear. This is a discussion that ought to be had if the question comes up.
