How different is Retatrutide from Tirzepatide in simple terms?

Hi everyone. I'm super new to this forum and to most of the information shared here. I have a subject that has been using Tirzepatide for about 5 months now. There's been great progress in terms of weight loss however I've realized with time that Tirzepatide makes them quite tired. All they can manage in a given day is just their job which is a desk job but after that they're too exhausted to do anything else. Where I absolutely love their weight loss I would like to see the subject be a little bit more active and also change their lifestyle and improve on things.

I recently read about Retatrutide on Reddit just like I had about Tirzepatide. But some have mentioned that with Ret they're not experiencing lack of energy or pain in legs etc. I want to know how true that has been for people who've tried it here and also is the dosage meant to be the same as Tirzepatide for similar results? Thank you.

In my case I've reached to the conclusion that Tirzepatide interfere with iron absorbtion...
...could be this the reason why your subject is experiencing the symptoms of tiredness?
I'm just asking myself if it's posible.

The subject has been known to have low iron for a long time, however has not followed it with extensive testing in the recent years. That could definitely be one of the things to explore with Tirzepatide usage and check if Tirzepatide has caused a further significant drop in their iron levels.

You can tell that someone made it over from Peppy's when they refer to their "subject".

Retatrutide has yet to be FDA approved in the US, but in the phase 2 clinical trial, the best efficacy was seen on a 12mg/wk dose titrating up from 2mg then 4mg, then 8mg, then 12mg every 4 weeks.

Your fatgue could be low iron. It's easy enough to get a blood test.

It's only $20.

Or probably something more like this:

I buy panels from either of them.

What's more likely is fatigue from calorie deficit. In any case, Retatrutide is a "triple-agonist" which includes a glucagon agonist in addition to GLP-1 and GIP (like tirzepatide).

That glucagon agonist will stimulate thermogenesis, increase HR, and is reported to increase cardiovascular output. Anecdotally, folks have reported being able to do things they haven't been able to do in years, like run 3 miles without stopping or some such.

It reminds me of the good ole days reading psychedelic reports from "SWIM" (Someone Who Isn't Me) on erowid.

Also, FYI to the OP, there's a separate forum section for weight loss drugs- this is the steroid section.
Thank you for letting me know. I'm gonna make a post there.
