When my activity level was lower
during injury I found myself inadvertently intermittent fasting.
After seeing the benefits to it when my activity was lower I wonder about incorporating it now that I’m out of therapy and training again.
The goal is to cut as it stands, and continue to strengthen from the injury. How do you guys feel intermittent fasting could play into those goals?
I am not using aas and am running a deficit.
