How do you guys deal with bloat on such high food, GH, and insulin?

that 100g dextrose is going to sit like a brick in your stomach, its excessive. Thats just abusing dextrose to cover the insulin.

More evidence of junkie behaviour, these guys always get it the wrong way around.

The insulin is to cover the carb load BECAUSE your baseline diet is already maxed out in terms of how much glycogen you can metabolise.

You don't pick an arbitrary insulin iu and then dump carbs to cover the gap.

I fucking hate these retards.

Do we have a pic of this stud? How do we know this isn't a troll.
I’d put money on having found him on TikTok, and not a troll. Someone who used to be obese and has something to prove to himself, but def doesn’t need the amount of stuff he’s run or currently running at all. He could’ve gotten his current physique on his own, assuming I’m right and 99% sure I am.

Side note, I know people think they’re clever with usernames and anonymous online, but women are grade A detectives and y’all leave more than just breadcrumbs.

Hypothetical question for you guys.

If I continue blasting, high doses and such, however continued using telmisartan, add in Nebivolol and ezedimibe, continued my daily fasted cardio, eating clean…

What would you guys think would become of my heart? Any regression of the damage already done? Or just mitigating further damage?

I suppose what I’m asking is there any scenario, where I can continue bodybuilding, pursuing a pro card, high doses, and not die? Even if I have to take a long time at TRT to recover before blasting again. Wouldn’t I just revert back to the already done damage upon blasting again?

Should mention again that this MRI was taken after 3 cycles ran where blood pressure was unmanaged. I know for a fact my BP was in the 160s/80s for a good portion of my 2nd cycle which lasted 16 weeks.
Just found this. I replied to your diet and the water retention and bloat issues you had but didn't have the time to dig your posts, but some poster mentioned heart failure so I found this.

You are not in a rational state right now and have lopsided priorities. LVH etc gets worse the higher your dose x time on. In your case both factors are sky high. You need to do what your doctor tells you to do, not what you're doing right now - you are trying to make AAS using forum members to give you the answers you want to hear.

this guy is a lost cause...fucked himself up to the point of legit organ problems and continues to blast against the advice of pretty much everyone on meso. Don't waste good advice here. Just looking for reasons to ignore root causes.
I was having some issues breathing, some chest pain, etc. I’m mid-30’s. Went to multiple specialists until I found the issue which is chronic constrictive pericarditis. You know what I did? I stopped everything. Every AAS, every peptide, anything that isn’t part of my daily multi vitamin & mineral routine. Because I’m not a fucking idiot.

Oh and as others have said, I’ll repeat: you don’t fucking use insulin to force down carbs. You use insulin to cover the carbs already in your diet. This is insulin for idiots type knowledge.
