I also noticed that when you go to bed and get up at the same time, even on weekends, sleep becomes better. And 10 minutes of cardio after cardio really works. I noticed a difference right before my eyes after a month.

Yes, I thought about the rim, I wrote something else. Sealed up. Guys I'm not on purposeHe probably meant after training or after waking up.

All good. Just having a little fun with you...Oh, I wrote something nonsense. I meant that after each meal 10 minutes of cardio helped me well![]()
Great, I'm always for jokes, life is more fun this way.All good. Just having a little fun with you...
A great day full of hope and joy. We all have more positivity in life.First thing I do is get the Sex Doll out and tell her she's getting it the way I wanna do it this time - she has yet to answer back so that already puts me in a great mood for the day. Then I get a sports drink with some Dextrose in it and put some Hot & Spicy chicken in the oven with half a Jacket potatoe covered in Jalapenos and cheeseThen tend to check out the News and gear sites and hope that an arsehole isn't planning on sending a Nuke to my country later that day LMAO.
Whatever works for you is all that matters. For me, It's always a 5 mile bike ride as soon as I wake up and have a coffee followed by a cold shower at the end of the ride.
The endorphin release is huge starting my day off like this and it puts me in a state of "positive mental attitude" due to the hormone release and the feeling that I've achieved something..
What about you? How do you start your day?
To start the day productively, as for me, start with a liter of ordinary water and a good walk in clean air. And then, of course, the drink of the gods = coffee.Sometimes it's hard to start your day productively. I got myself a new couch here and it's just so comfortable to sleep on it that sometimes I can't even get up. I've wanted to have furniture like this for a long time. In general, I start with coffee as always to cheer me up. I also exercise and it has even become a habit. Everything is as standard as anyone else's.
Sometimes when you get up very early, it takes a lot of willpower to look at the world positively. But as soon as you start showing activity cardio or training, the mood changes. But coffee does wonders, too.Whatever works for you is all that matters.
I'm up at 4:30 and get to the gym at 5:30 with the help of a couple cups of strong coffee.
My dog is getting old and needs to go outside about that time anyway. I can understand.
What's the difference ? one big one or two smaller ones? is the size the same?I drink two cups of tea. Two separate cups, not one giant cup.
