how does the hpta work

yeah my lh hovers around there, often its lower, but either way its very high.

i dont know why my estrogen went so high. i tried dim, for a couple of days, but instead of getting morning wood and tight nipples, two days ago i started feeling really lethargic. i dont know if it was the DIM or just bad timing with hay feaver. ill go back on the dim tomorow. surely i should get wood and stuff before fealing crappy

I took dim about two weeks ago for four days and it made me feel really bad and irritable. I think I took to much of it. After stopping I felt better in a couple of days.

A lot of guys make this mistake they read the dose on the bottle take this and go down so fast they miss the morning wood and the upped libido. Stopping should bring on the wood until you go to high again. I was taking 120 mgs. of Indolplex/DIM and went down dam fast but I was on a lower dose of T then. Now it does nothing for my E2. Same if you take Arimidex or something like it when you go down slower you get the wood if you keep going down the wood will stop and even if you slam a door on the dam thing it will not get up when your to low.
