Why did you quote me, I did t say shit about his diet. I told the man to cut his hair and get a tan. He's lean as fuck he just needs to eat alot but not put on a layer of fat. Lean meats and complex carbs

Didn't mean to quote you bud. But he can afford to put on some fat if you ask me. Lean meats? He's not prepping for a show. He needs to put on some weight. Red meat twice a day would help him more than hurt.

Nitrust is right, bro. Lean meats and complex carbs in high portions. I've added more fats which seemed to be low

I do have plans to eventually compete. i really want to look freaky lol, big and shredded ... Hopefully soon

Lots of eggs, milk, steak, oats, and rice. Your on the right track though. Made Hella progress, you should be proud just keep it up
 
Posted there in my log, but why not here too? Top pictures were from today. Sitting at around 245-250, depending on my water weight. Been recomping really nicely while slowly going down the scale. The bottom pictures are from 3-3 1/2 months ago, when I got my gym membership

Haven't cycled yet. Have my first cycle sitting here until I get to 220. Hopefully by the end of summer...



Long way to go. Hopefully my next post will be next year and 100% different.

Thanks bro. Long road, especially doing it natural. But the rewards of cycling will be worth it n the end

Bro, you're ready and I wouldn't wait if you really want to compete... At your size and condition you'd do well. Your diet phase would hardly even be a full on phase, more so just the depletion and drying out. Do it because you really want to get your feet wet before you change your mind

I myself think 2nd place is better than not entering . Getting you feet wet is always the best experience ....Goodluck ;)

I've done shows guys. I need to bring up some lagging body parts. I'm trying to catch the rebound from this cut and grow for a while. Dieting a few times a year kills progress. I need to eat and grow.
