How long after test e to pct?

Hi read some info, back in the days we started pct 2 weeks after last pin, but read now that the half life is shorter?

And; in the "empty week until pct", should i use some arimidex until pct starts to keep estrogen low?

Planning 600mg test e week 1-12
Dianabol 30mg ed week 1-4/5/6

Pct nolvadex and clomid

Arimidex lying around in case of Hefty estrogen sides/gyno. Former strongman, but a few years ago since last cycle.

Hcg is difficult to get in my country, so wont be using that. Thanks in advance

So your info is wrong. Start PCT after 4-5 half-lives, so closer to 30 days than 2 weeks.

E2, might run some arimidex during cycle, but considering waiting to see how sides are

4 or 5 halv lifes? I am outdated but thank you been away from the game for a long time
