How long for post cycle bloods

i ran a five week 350mg test phenylprop cycle and waited a week to start pct. I'm two weeks into a four week clomid(50)/nolva(20) pct.

1. Do I need to run the full four weeks of PCT for such a short cycle, or can I not know that without blood work?

2. How long after PCT ends should I wait to get my post cycle bloods?

Never mind on question 2, I reread the sticky and it says to get post cycle bloods 2-3 weeks after finishing PCT.
