How many days a week should you....

How many days a week should you train each muscle group?. I am still fairly new and currently only build on my upper body (but run for cardio). I am thinking about bulking up my legs more so I want to incorporate them into my weekly routine. This will mean I will exercise different muscle groups only once a week, is that ok? or should I try to exercise them twice a week?

If I can keep my eyes off that avatar long enough to awnser...You can train each body part twice weekly, altough once a week is adaquate . You have to experiment and see what you respond best to.
 
Depending on your goals and ability level, 2-31 times a week.

Since you are a beginner Bob's advice was perfect for you 2 (or 3) times a week.
