How much cardio?

How much cardio should I do on a weekly basis? I dont want to be bulked up, I want lean, hard muscle.

I have been mixing up, stair master, bikes, and jogging for 30 minutes 5 days a week, then follow each cardio session up with weights.

What do you think?

FIRST, DO CARDIO AFTER YOU LIFT WEIGHTS , NOT BEFORE. AND DON'T DO MORE THAN 4 DAYS A WEEK @ 30MIN OF MODERATE CARDIO A POP. YOU WILL GET THE BEST NON-BULK, LEAN RESULTS, AS LONG AS YOUR DIET IS VERY GOOD.

Ok cool thanks.

Since the weather is great now here in TX, how much jogging? I did 2.5 miles yesterday.

I don't focus on distance but rather time. I try to hit 25-30 minutes of rather intense cardio (I live in cold ass ohio, so an elliptical/stepper/treadmill at the gym has to do right now) at least 4-5 days per week.

Also, I try to do my cardio early in the morning (5:30am) BEFORE I eat breakfast. Your body will deplete any carbs it has stored while you sleep, so your body should burn fat right away when you start your cardio.

And as Jsupstarz said, do your cardio AFTER you lift so that once again your body will utilize fat stores for energy during cardio since you should have exhausted your carb stores during your lifting session.
