I know there are professionals here. This is by far the best forum I have found and the only one I have ever joined. Answer me this why does another member attack another on a thread? What's the pay off? I understand if you got some scammer ripping members off. But getting hostile toward someones opinion? I just don't understand why waste time engaging in a unworthy heated argument with someone that will never be seen in person. Is it worth it? I hate reading a thread that starts out being of value. Then shifts to total bullshit forever. Never getting back on point. Being a total waste of time reading through all that shit and never getting the info the thread poster as well everybody else was seeking. Anyhow I guess your going to have people like that on all internet forums. I will bet in person they are the meekest you will meet.

In general guys check each other. If someone gives bad or dangerous advice they may be the subject of criticism but other than that most of the hostility should be directed towards dangerous sources/scammers/and potential security threats in the underground.

Thanks for the feedback. Under those circumstances I agree. There seems to be a lot of very young men that in my opinion are juicing way to early but I'm not their father. I see the utmost importance in making sure they are guided in the proper manner to try to prevent them for screwing their lives up. Thanks

you should revisit this intro thing and tell us more about yourself, your training, diet, workouts, PEDs experience. Where you have been where you are headed. Vital stats etc...

It's an uncensored board. The thing that makes it so great is also its downfall. I love meso with all the hatred, arguing, skull fucking threats, and anger intact. Meso wouldn't be meso without it.

Hell yeah I know right. Is that the N.U.O.P.A./USA or the I.C.U.O.P.A.? Please be more specific? "Wreck it Ralph" the more I search and read from this forum. I see that most members do call each other out on their shit But. I also noticed that the same ones are truly friends and seem to earnestly offer solid advise. Every now and then I see some that most members constantly give hell too. No matter what that person may post. Tango explained this to me and I see the need for it. For the lack of better words. The community needs to come together to take out the trash. Regular posters here care about the community and refuse to let some assholes disrespect it or scam their friends. Another reason I chose this forum. Was the quality of information and the knowledge from a life time of proven body building experiences here and the thread posted MESO show us your women. Now those were true works of body sculpting. Personally this is the first forum of any type I have ever joined or found interesting. Honestly I was serious about those questions but. I was trying to make them comical in wording and attitude. Super excited for the privilege of this membership. Thanks again for everyone's reply and good looking out for all us new members.

Long story will try to cut short. May or may not matter but just incase. 5o yrs old. 6ft'1 wt 214 little lard around midsection but due to construction "Iron connector,& framer". Has kept me solid despite the lifestyle. Through my childhood into late teens 18 to be exact. The most I ever weighed soaking wet was 130 could not gain no matter what I ate. I did have good muscle tone and shape from playing basketball baseball football we lived way out in the country so swimming was a daily activity seasonal of course. We were always climbing trees swinging from them to others. One arm chin-ups not on purpose just needed other hand for next grip. Vine climbs= rope climb never using feet or legs for support. Last 6 pk I had was built from playing. As a kid I had a lazy eye which caused a lot of fights for me. At some point we all get sick and tried of being the school house joke. At this time I was 4 or 5 ft maybe 100 lb 13 years old. found some old concrete weights plus bench in the neighborhood trash score! Got em home with the help of a wheelbarrow. I committed right them did every exercise I could think of and made up a few as I went. I lifted all the poundage I could as many times as I could until my muscle were fried entire body. The next morning I couldn't fuckin move. I was so sore even my hair hurt even though I couldn't reach my hair to comb it. well 3 or 4 days later felt better. Dropped most of the weight and started again. Over time with the help of muscle & fitness mag I think? We were dirt floor poor so I couldn't eat as recommended probably the most important part. Over the next 5 years I gained close to 30 lbs good lean muscle was cut nicely too I thought. Surgeon volunteered to fix my lazy eye GOD bless that man. Between that and the exercising the hot chicks started to notice me. So did the school house jocks and parties started to be a regular weekend thing. Enter Barney Fife and 1 thing led to another 1st came probation then violation then gladiators school. Harnet youth prison with two, 2 year sentences run back to back. Now I have no problem sharing any extras I may have but I be damned if you will just take my things. We all know in there all you have to do is fight win or lose same outcome Respect. For the first time here the yard had a great free weights and more technique along with how to separate you workouts to allow healing time. Also a better diet than what I was getting and the alcohol and drugs were not as abundant. 30 months later I walked out a free man. Now 6"1ft 220lbs barley no fat. Squatting around 350 or so weak I know but legs were just underrated there. Big mistake. Flt bench around 315 3x12,10, then I assisted spotters lift and I let down until exhaustion. Incline 245 or so 3s x12, 10, until failure. Skull crushers 3x 12, 8-10, to failure shrugs as much and as many as I could as long as I could stand the burn. weighted dips 45lb plate tied on with belt 3 to 5 sets as many as possible arms shaking like a whore in church. PLus others not important. 30 months later I walked out a free man. I hope not to bore you with all that just wanted to fill you in. Then got lost in the bars and babes again. I did get off that scene B4 it crashed. Moved to Savanna G.A. bought first membership to Gold's gym. Next post should be shorter but after continued discipline showing up and doing the best I knew how. I met two competition profession Body Builders. Competing mostly on the pro circuit and either winning or at worst placing in the top of field. That's when things really changed. keep in mind before meeting them. you can picture what I looked like here's mental pic. picture a medium silver back gorilla riding a chicken. Legs were sad.

Those guys were competing not me. I was repairing areas I was lacking in. Or better I was building those muscle group heads. Just want to clear that up.
 
My two friends mentioned in the first segment. Began to take notice in my routine and would take time to teach me proper form along with breathing when to inhale and exhale. (To be truthful I never knew most if not all of my hard work was all for nothing. I had been sacrificing form for the ability to use more weight. You have probably seen this guy in every gym who wanted to look stronger.) After they had finished what I believe now was a cycle they started using less weight and more rep. This is when I was invited to rotate in with them learning how to isolate areas of my body that I had been neglecting because the form I was using due to the amount of weight. Was making me compensate with the stronger muscles. The cure was using really light weight and slow focused full range motion. Being carefully aware that every contraction was coming from the area that I was addressing only. Thankfully they help me from calves to my neck. Introducing me to everything they knew about body building. When to do this when to do that and why. The only time they didn't include me was the months leading up to a competition. Jim had told me that they were natural using on over the counter items. I went to GNC and purchased everyone of those items and took them just like I was told. Over the next couple years I did grow and was able to fill in all the neglected areas. I looked the best I've ever looked in my life. My results were slow except for a few times which seemed to grow over night. But my two friends seemed to me just taking a sip of water made them grow. These guys bicep's when flexed had another muscle growing on top. I never knew you could have 3 tiered bicep. Needless to say I got discouraged. I finally stopped going. In my mind I thought I just didn't have the genetics for body building. I did continue to exercise just not as much or as hard. A few years later I walked into a heath foods center to pick up some b-12 and what not and there stands my old friend. After a long conversation he finally admitted it. They were juicing all along. He explained that after getting to know me and my age. He just didn't want to take the chance of me ruining my life. I was pissed at the time. Looking back now I can see what a life changing favor he did for me. Simply because I know I would of went overboard with them. Instead of having a wife four kids and a lot of really great friends. I would be at best dead or severely impaired from them. If your still reading this the final post will be short. and will only be about what Tango asked for like stats nutri, exer.
