today is my last day of a 9 day cycle.I am down 1lb on the scale how many more lbs will dreop of after one week of stopping?

today is my last day of a 9 day cycle.I am down 1lb on the scale how many more lbs will dreop of after one week of stopping?

I usually drop more then that while on, but pounds do come off significantly when off. I would say at least 5 pounds will come off in the next 4 or 5 days.
