How much weight should you loose during a cut per week?

Hey guys so how much weight should you loose during a cut per week to keep as much muscles as possible?
Im in preparation for my next cycle (so right now im not on gear at all obviously).
So i want to get pretty lean, to them put on as much muscle as possible during.the cycle.

However, how much weight should I lose per week, to keep as much muscle as possible. (Excluding the first week.where you lose a lot of water weight)
 
Depends on the length of said cut. If you're only cutting for a couple of weeks I wouldn't worry about muscle loss at all (assuming diet and training are in check). 2lbs/week seem to be the sweet spot for many people.

Its going to be longer i have to cut like 11lb at least. Maybe 22lb
 
Depends on bodyfat, 1-2lbs a week is generally the consensus which i agree with. If we’re talking someone whos morbidly obese then you can lose much more

If not shoot for 1 lbs a week. Aim for 1g to 1.2g protein per lbs. If you have higher body fat levels. 20 % + you might to able to aim for like 1.2 to 1.5lbs a week. But I would stick to 1lbs. A good bit of research on that being the range if your workout is in check to loss the least muscle while cutting.

If needed I can find the pub med study links. Just dont feel like it right now

No im not on cycle. Im trying to get as lean as possible before cycle (so i can put as much mucle mass on without beeing a fat walking nosebleed in the summer).

I dont really know how high my bodyfat is. I can see my first two abs (slightly) so i would say under 20%?

My couch telles me when i begun my diet i need to.lose 5-10kg (11-22lb).

Right know i lose slightly under 1lb per week so i think its ok
