well my goal was to squat 700lbs by the time I have my meet in April, but I instead hit 700lbs on Friday lol. Time to work on deadlift and bench
I'm finishing up my Test E & Tren E cycle, I ran my Tren E at 400mg/wk and Test E at 250mg/wkHoly shit bud, what are you cycling?
Would be similar to what they say about ants.I was thinking about that the other day actually. I'm just an idiot mind you, but I think the bodyweight thing is somewhat misleading. I've had people say that a guy who weighs 150 lbs and squats double bodyweight is "stronger" than someone that weighs 300lb and only squats 1.5 times bodyweight and I don't think it's fair to say cuz 300lb isn't really anything, but 750 lbs is a considerable amount of weight.
Yeah people prefer to pay more attention to overall output rather than power production per poundWould be similar to what they say about ants.

Smart Training and diet, yeah?Fucking hell bud you are squatting twice my weight and you only run what's that 0.65g of juice per week. Well done to you!
I've always been of the thought that I would rather be able to move moderate weight multiple times than alot onceYeah people prefer to pay more attention to overall output rather than power production per pound
I mean my volume days I'll do 4 sets of 15 with 405lbs lolI've always been of the thought that I would rather be able to move moderate weight multiple times than alot once
more so training, my diet could be better but I'm still working on that aspectSmart Training and diet, yeah?

I've never used a 5x5 program before but have you ever tried Smolov? I started doing that back in highschool and loved itIn my 3rd week of Madcow 5*5. Not that heavy yet, 5 * 105kg on the 5th set. Definitely feels better than 5*5 Stronglift, which was a waste of time for me IMO. Lifted 6000 kilo / 13000 lbs all together last Friday - over 20 sets. Buzzing.
