I been laying off the heavy front squats for the past 2 months. That FS 495 1 rpm goal is gonna take a back seat.
Been switching gears as i like my legs as shredded as they are strong. Having both is nice

Meadows has me switching things all up.
Todays leg day was:
Leg curls to failure (multiple sets)
Leg presses to failure (multiple sets)
Front squats
Glute kickbacks
I dont ever do em in that order and ill tell ya after i smoke my hams then smoke my quads i have to do front squats?!?

then after everything is blown out i do glute specific work
Oy...its really hard work. Different than i usually do it but i like it
