This is stupid af, I know. I'm a small guy. 5'8", 195lbs. I work out, but im not nearly as big as most of you here. I have decent lats, but not even close to enough to make my arms flare like they do. I'm a rounded shoulder, tight chested guy who's trying to improve his posture with certain exercises and reminders to stand up straight(keep your sternum straight like you're holding a glass of water against it & don't want it to spill).
What can I do to eliminate ILS? I try to hold my arms flat at my side. I just can't.
Honestly, I'd say my back, as a whole, is weak and I'm working harder on it now than before. Still not huge arm bowing out lat type back though. Any easy fixes? Hell, any fixes at all, even really hard?
