am 32 at 6 foot 200 pounds i get prescriptions for test e 200 and arimadex , i have 3 x sus 350.. 2x eq 300.. tren 200 x1 tri tren x1 and a shit load of winny , iv done a few small cycles test and tren and i hurt some ligaments in the prosses. I want to cut my fat while gaining weight but still be able to play sports at a high level so im lost on what to take how much to be able grow without hurting my tendonsand ligaments

As @Notits mentioned, I believe diet is the most important thing for you here. That winstrol might not go well with your tendon issues. The tren might effect cardio performance if you want to compete add an athlete, not sure what sport you are. That leaves test and eq which I believe is a decent stack for an athlete but it'll still fall back on your diet and training to cut fat.
 
The difference between being athletic and being ... non athletic isn't in what drugs you take, but how you train.
How lean you stay during cycle is dependent on your nutrition.

If you want to continue playing sports at a high level, I would assume your training is already decently acceptable, as it sounds like you have already been playing said sport (s) at s high level for some time now.

Work on your diet.
Best way to increase an athletes performance is to cut their bodyfat while maintaining strength and endurance.

After mt last test and tren cycle i partially tore most tendons in my knee so iv been off a real diet im 200 with just a small amount of extra weight evenly around my body i gaind 13 pounds mucle and water retention the test weakens your tendons and i dod not know that untill afterwards so im about to strat trainging again and i have lots of gear at my disposal and dont know wgat would be best to help me put on lean mass but still keep me agile fast with out stressing my tendons or ligaments

Wouldn't do anything. Sounds like staying off AAS is best for your goals, especially since your tendons are healed
