I do not know if this is what everyone experiences or applies only to me, but it is really difficult for me to do calf-raise because before my calves get enough exercises my toes give up due to excruciating pain. The pain often lingers for hours, which hinders my walking. And I honestly do not see the point of growing toe muscles - if anything I get worried I might injure my toes.
Calves have always been my weak point and I really want to improve them. Is there a way to train calf muscles without stressing toes too much?
