how was the muscle loss on DNP?

ive been reading up for a bit now on DNP trying to do my research, and was curious to those who have tried it, was the muscle loss considerable compared to the fat loss? i know to keep protein up because of muscle sake but is it catabolic like T3?

I'm not losing much strength I can tell you that. For me the secret has been lowering workout volume and keeping the weights high. I train more like an athlete using west side principles and I do short, 20 min workouts, sometimes 2x/day keeping the weights high.
I've also learned to eat high carb/protein and low fat on this stuff. You sweat more but I think it's better result wise. I'm really seeing a difference from these past 2 days carb up.

I'm actually stronger after a DNP cycle so that would lead me to believe no muscle loss. I can do caliper measures but I think a better (more accurate) measure is how much you can lift after your cycle. If you can lose 7 lbs in a 10 days and be stronger then I would say no significant muscle loss.

Same thing with me. Several days after, I'm generally right at the weight I was lifting prior to the cycle.

I should clarify that by stronger I meant in a relative sense. Like Peace said, I'll be lifting the same weight after a cycle as before, but my body weight is maybe 10 lbs lighter, so that is in effect stronger if figured by relative body weight. Make sense?

yes perfect sense thanks to everyone for their replies

oh the muscle loss was great, i loved it, thanks for asking

nah actually i have a mate who lost about 15% of the total weight lost. i still think itd be worth it. dieting would make me lose the same or more, so..

Yes, as GD said DNP is probably the least catabolic of any fat-loss method around, except for GH of course but GH shouldn't really be used as a fat-burner. Diet, cardio, and T3 are all extremely catabolic, or at least far more so than DNP, which is protein-sparing.
I have found that strength and energy suffer while on, but after the glycogen compensation strength is right back to normal.
