What do you mean "Currently" on sale?
You should be testing absolutely EVERY batch of products you receive BEFORE selling them to people.
The cost of doing this is TINY compared to the profit you will make off that batch.
Words are cheap. You can say things like "we take this matter very seriously" and tell us how much you care about your customers, but words mean nothing.
Never listen to what people say! Watch what they do! Actions are what we want, not words.
Stop being a bum... have a little bit of respect for your customers. Every batch tested BEFORE putting it up for sale.
The vendor that starts to do this will take most of all the other vendors customers. I have had no problems with ordering from you, but if another vendor starts testing all their batches BEFORE selling then, I would leave you in a heartbeat.

Received some Semax with this kind of label (no mfg/exp date) and the PIP is pretty brutal (burning) + injection site gets red for ~30min. Also received Reta20 and Tirz10 with different label. Reta seems fine no PIP and expected results.
Really, they told me "this usually dosent happen". dosent sound like they wanna pay for shipping

hopefully they’ll learn than proactive testing is a lot cheaper than trying to keep up with the fallout from mistakes like this.
