Yura offered to credit the difference between the two products on my next order. In this instance and situation that seems like a fair resolution to me. Thanks Yura.
The most important thing is to see how this is handled and what changes there will be going forward. After going silent for a minute (the information vacuum only makes things much worse) I think yura is facing the music and handling it properly now.
None of this should be allowed to be swept under the rug like it never happened.
There’s also no value in exaggerating the issues.
Like it or not, sooner or later, every UGL vendor, without exception, has some fuckup.
So far I see issues isolated to a supplier that crashed and burned. Undosed* GH, and a different GLP or grossly overdosed R10.

Clear disclosure a batch is untested, and a lower price for those who are willing to accept the risk.
What’s not acceptable is being sold one product, which you can safely assume was chosen by the customer looking at testing and/or user feedback, and having it swapped for another, without giving the buyer a choice.
