I just emailed HYB. They said they are sorting out a new and safe shipping service provider and things should go back to normal next week. I dont mind waiting so im placing an order. They were honest enough to refund everyone who wanted to cancel their orders. I feel confident in them.

Can anybody attest for getting a tracking this week for last weeks order.. @Yura(HYB) sure has been crickets from you in the thread here the last few days.. My last order was mid November and arrived 10 days after the shipping label was created. Since communicating with them between last weekend and this weekend, things have changed.

I decided to delay my order just because of my upcoming holiday scheduled travels and place it later unaware of the current issues. Apparently you can still order peptides and they will eventually be shipped but anything else is a no go for now.

I really like this vendor and hope things work out.

I will say out of all the Chinese suppliers who're pulling fuckery at the moment HYB has been communicating extremely well and upfront and honest about everything. A lot of people have been left in the dust and given the run around from the others

I have to say after such shitty customer service from my last Chinese source I am very impressed by HYB. First thing is how well my order was packed and the fact all of the vials and containers are properly clean, I know it sounds mad but even the vials coming from others look dirty. Their grapeseed oils are brilliant I really hope they bring them back. Also communication for me was good and delivery was quick. I usually only leave bad reviews or complaints but HYB are worth a positive shout out in what is becoming ever harder to do business with China with all the busts etc.

He does answer emails and when came time to refund my money that happened within an hour.. Im hopeful that he will beat the shit out of these inspectors and slap around the fa tory workers ang get shit rolling again!!

The people in charge of our warehouse have a lot of mistakes recently, and I have punished him severe punishment! Intersection Intersection If a stupid mistake occurs, I will let him get out of his way.
Sorry for clients who have happened in the order! At the same time, we have made up for these customers, and we will bear all the mistakes.

I was given tracking information about my order a day after they told me they were attempting to coordinate with a different shipping service by next week.

Looking good, but I'll reserve my final judgement for when the label shows movement and is on my doorstep. Kudos for being honest about your issues HYB, and issuing refunds promptly is a good start in salvaging this hiccup.

From order(orals) to delivery 9 days communication was good. Orals are sent with splits so there is truth in the random sending like @Yura(HYB) stated.
