When our packages were being processed by the shipping company, they were inspected, causing all unshipped products to be taken away for further checks. As a result, we’ve suffered significant losses (some packages had already been shipped before the inspection).
I’ve been dealing with this issue all day. For safety reasons, we have temporarily suspended sales of oils and orals, as we cannot predict when packages will be able to ship. If you cannot wait, please contact the sales representative who took your order for a refund. We will process all refund requests within this week. We’ll notify you as soon as we are able to ship again.
To make up for the inconvenience, every customer will receive a $30 discount on their next order once shipments resume.
