The orders in recent days have been delayed because the warehouse was under inspection some time ago. For safety reasons, the orders have not been shipped. Today, the warehouse started to sort out the orders and send out the packages in order. We will send out the tracking numbers one by one! Sorry for the wait.

So, I would like to share my experience with my first order from HYB.

My package arrived a few hours ago.
12 days from shipping to my office. No complaints here, pretty fast.

However, 1 of the 3 vials I had in total was broken inside the package and as a result the oil was everywhere. I sent photos as a proof to their Tgram support and they assured me that they will put the vial that broke for free on my next order.

The orals I had ordered are without a split. Luckily they have each oral in a separate plastic bag, and the oil didn't affect my orals.

I was pretty sure too that I will receive the orals without the split.

The oil stayed inside the box!

The good thing is they are wrapping the box with a plastic seal so it would be impossible for the oil to get out of it.

In my opinion, they will have to change the soft plastic container they are putting the vials in , and change it to something with styrofoam or something similar, so the vials are more protected during transportation.

Maybe everyone who ordered orals and got switched to the other untested orals should get a free bottle of tested orals....just to make things fair.

Folks it sounds like you have to specify the old batch of tabs if you want the tested shit. @Yura(HYB) I would pull all the untested tabs off of the price list for now until you get variance tested on a majority of them. Your last tablets were killing it with variance, And although price was slightly higher than the competition it was definitely worth it. If your new lab can nail the variance regardless of their shape/split and maintain a competitive price I think we would mostly be happy. But we've got to see the tab variance testing on the new batch of shit that's getting produced. It is not seen in favorable light that people were expecting the old split batch tabs and you quietly switched people's orders with untested unscored tablets. This is seen as a bait and switch scam. I'm not saying you necessarily intended to scam people but that is the feeling many people are getting when they expect something and get something of inferior quality. Maybe you can make it up to the folks that this happened to and pull some of your reputation back. In the future I would stray from pulling a switch maneuver on tablets like this. We are all too well connected online for this to go unnoticed.

Understand, I will publish the test report after I get it, if the test results are really bad, the customers who get no split will be compensated

After attention was brought to the fact that there are two sets of tabs is when Yura said that the customer has to specify if they would like scored and tested vs unscored and untested.

But the customer can't specify unless they are aware there are two sets. Thus, a new product list was born after many customers had submitted orders without knowing there were two sets of tabs.
