HYB (Best Service and Product - International Shipping)

The explanation I think is simple, Yura is not answering about the analysis of tablets and oils that he said he was going to do, nor are there any shipments, since a month ago in China they have been chasing the raw material factories.

Let everyone draw their own conclusions.
 
Honestly I am not sure what to make of them.

They were very communicative yes, however they managed to pick the worst courier in Romania and they had 10 different ones.

The courier that they use has a 1 star reviews score in trustpilot and 1.8/5 on Google.

And with reason they are a bunch of scammers.

So the driver "attempted a delivery" last week but it was an invisible driver as we got CCTV cameras downstairs.

Then after 2 hours waiting on the phone finally spoke with their customer services which was (as expected) completely unhelpful and tried to cover for their driver.

Another attempt today (after 4 days in a row calling their customer service and always waiting minimum 1 hour to speak to someone) they didn't call, didn't knock didn't even show up (again we got cameras so their driver and the parcel must really be invisible)

And after another hour waiting on the line, their supervisor simply said we reshipped it to China, blamed me to not intercept their invisible driver and said ultimately that he doesn't care.

Amazing.

On WhatsApp let's say if they willing to fix this mess.

But in all honesty in 10 years buying from different sources I never had to go through such a level of stress and time wasted to not even receive my package

And to top it all off, this delivery company is the only one in the country that doesn't even allows to pick up in their deposit.

So the source went for the absolute cheapest courier and no surprise it went like a mess...

Let's see if they will do something.

And no I can't blame the delivery company as I am not the one that choose them.

If they was asking me I was going to say to avoid that company like the black plague but they sent me the tracking already when I realised who they choose
 
Little update:

So they replied that they are very sorry and tomorrow they will speak with the freight company.

At least regardless of this freight company mess up the source is very responsive, let's see if the freight company will listen to them.

To be responsive and trying to fix this situation.

Hoping that they'll change shipping company as I like their products list and the communications are great
