I didnt have high BP I had EXTREME BP! The day they finally decided to treat me my RN sister and one of my wifes RN friemds told me to go to the ER. My BP was like 215 over something!
Whats funny today that the "normal" bp standards are WAY less than many moons ago when 130s were standard.
They lower the standard to push meds
Add some clen + tren + sdrol you will be fine

No, they lower the targets because the evidence of better outcomes at those numbers becomes clearer over time. There are massive, government funded, 40 year+ ongoing studies following tens of millions of patients through their lives to see what happens at different BP levels over the very long term.

There are way too many eyes on the freely available data, and resulting guidelines for some unscientific, ulterior motive conspiracy to go unnoticed. Literally millions of doctors and scientists worldwide.

Almost all BP meds are ultra cheap generics. There's not enough profit in 5¢ pills to fund the bribes it would take.

And in forums where primary care doctors don't think the public is watching, they BITCH and COMPLAIN about the extra workload tighter guidelines put on them, ie "I don't have enough time in the day as it is to manage all these new prescriptions!"

Which shows where their priorities are...
Yet people were healthier back then compared to now ‍♂️ so now that standards have been lowered those that were once normal are now high and force meds

Unfortunately 70% of the 120 million in the US with hypertension go undiagnosed, or if they are, BP is left untreated by their doctor, and if they do get treatment prescribed, drop it within the first year.

On the other hand, your view about it being better to leave blood pressure alone, and that treating it is a scam, goes back a long time to these doctors who were prominent in their time:

I get the point with this. It would also be impossible to test. Because you cannot make an exact copy of a person and let them do the exact same thing. put 1 on meds and the other one without and see who dies first.

I'm referring to the 120 vs 130 debate here not someone with over 200.

Keeping your blood pressure in ideal range is the main thing. Below 120/80.

If you need BP meds, both Telmisartan and Cilnidipine offer additional kidney protective effects that go beyond reduced blood pressure.
Thank you for the information about Telmisartan and Cilnidipine. Question, is it advisable to take these in addition to regular BP Meds such as Losartin if your BP rises once on HGH?

If so, do you suggest taking Telmisartan and Cilnidipine together? Its seems that you can take these as a "combination medicine"

Thanks for your input

Never said its a total scam but a patient treated is a patient lost

Or even low 140s

Telm and losar are from the same class of medication, so no. Losar and clini is fine.
If you don't want to take so many pills, India has combo pills containing telm clini and a diuretic.

Yet I dont have any type of diabetes ‍♂️
i thought you mentioned something about your kidneys, they are using it now for CKD, i have stage 3a ckd, and Jardiance was prescribed by my Nephrologist , and my kidney numbers are moving in the right direction, i will be going in @October 1st to my pcp to ask for my "in depth tests" and we will see how well i have improved since last tests @3-4 months ago

im not a diebetic either, well kidneys are often the "silent killer" , Stay up on those kidney labs man , good luck

There's about a billion long term studies showing 130+ systolic shreds kidneys, promotes dementia, etc.
This is why as soon as I started testing around 125+ regularly during my most recent blast I added low dose Cialis and just 20 mg telmisartan to get it to 115. I have no sides from the meds so it's cheap insurance in my mind. I see so many guys running 130-140 acting like it's fine cause it's only during blasts, and they don't wanna take a med. Just take it and save your kidneys and vasculature over the long term.
