I'm having frightening BP issues after starting Dbol. What would you say a telm starting dose is?

sounds like dbol might not be for you but if you're hell bent on using it:

1) lower the dbol dose until you get BP under control with telmi

2) totally guessing here but maybe cut your dbol dose in half and start with 40 mg telmi for a few days and keep monitoring BP daily

3) play around with the doses of both until you find the dose of telmi that keeps BP under control at your desired dose of dbol (the dbol might ultimately need to be lowered)

Annd if you really take a deep dive , you would find i speak from EXPERIENCE and facts, its ok to be a "small guy", but you don't need to get offended by "The Truth", Or be a whining "small guy", I guess the TRUTH hurts,
ima be honest i was off the ambien after i got off work this morning so not even remembering i replied to this and everyone pressed is funny af but good looks chief ill use the info you provided

" i take once daily jardiance" and each dayyy starts, as time goes on it was easy to see, its lowering my A1c , haha, the jardiance jingle lol , , , but seriously, i have been having positive results on just 10 mg daily, all the numbers moving in the right direction
that jingle is forever burned into my head after the 2024 & 2025 NFL season. based on what i see at the stadiums, they know there audience.

I am set on using it but not until I get some telmisartan. It's primals capsules so I wasn't able to split the 50's in half. The effect i get from taking it pwo is INSANE

No, they lower the targets because the evidence of better outcomes at those numbers becomes clearer over time. There are massive, government funded, 40 year+ ongoing studies following tens of millions of patients through their lives to see what happens at different BP levels over the very long term.

There are way too many eyes on the freely available data, and resulting guidelines for some unscientific, ulterior motive conspiracy to go unnoticed. Literally millions of doctors and scientists worldwide.

Almost all BP meds are ultra cheap generics. There's not enough profit in 5¢ pills to fund the bribes it would take.

And in forums where primary care doctors don't think the public is watching, they BITCH and COMPLAIN about the extra workload tighter guidelines put on them, ie "I don't have enough time in the day as it is to manage all these new prescriptions!"

Which shows where their priorities are...
I don't have the scientific knowledge to tell who is correct. However, I notice that the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) has higher blood pressure targets than other organizations. Here are the the AAFP blood pressure targets: Blood Pressure Targets in Adults With Hypertension: Guidelines From the AAFP

Are the AAFP guidelines as good or better than the other guidelines? I don't know. However I doubt following the higher guidelines will greatly increase your risk.

My friend tended to be resistant to medical advice. He was an ultra marathon runner. He encouraged me to stop taking my blood pressure medicine and told me that his doctors told him that the should take blood pressure medicines. He no longer runs at all after having suffered a major heart attack and needing to have a quadruple bypass surgery.

As to making money with blood pressure medicines, there are tons of cheap blood pressure medicines out there. If you can lower your BP through diet and exercise, by all means do so. But having high BP is bad.

I’ve read through all the latest jano tests and can’t find one for the HGH 36. Does anyone know if one was done and if so what are the results?

On a different note ….
Anybody know what sources are still operating with good quality tested products ? With the Chinese price tag of course

Telm and losar are from the same class of medication, so no. Losar and clini is fine.
If you don't want to take so many pills, India has combo pills containing telm clini and a diuretic.

Is there a specific name of this tripple threat tab? Might benefit a lot especially on gh and reta
