I feel like crying :(

For the past five weeks I have been on a really strict diet, I cut my over all caloric intake in half while upping my protein almost 50 %. My diet mainly consisted of protein powders and lean chicken, rice, beef and vegetables. Anyhow, the reason I went on this diet was to loose some extra fat and increase my muscularity. Well today I weighed myself for the first time in like 5 or so weeks, and I could not beleive the scale. I actually weighed myself on two scales to make sure it was correct. I wont disclose my wieght not even to my girlfreind, I am so embarrassed how little I weighed in. I just started my cycle 1 week ago consisting of 30mg e/d d bol for 4 weeks
weeks 1-2 frontloading test enanate at 1000mg and eq at 800mg
weeks 3-whenever I decide to get off 500 enanate and 400 eq.
I am going to eat like crazy now, ohh I can not wait to eat something that actually tasted good. Damn I am so upset.....
Just had to vent! Hopefully I will gain that weight back quickly, I dont even care if I gain some fat, I just need to get big.

what were your goals on the severe cal. restriction? I am a little confused. good luck on your cycle and i hope you meet your goals
 
I am the same way....when i start to diet, i lose weight very quickly, but I never seem to look all that much more cut and I feel soo small. when i weigh in a lot lighter than usual, I'm just like fuck this and start pounding food again.

It could be a function of waterloss from carb restriction. You'll get it back pretty quickly.
Thank you for the replies, my goal was just to increase my muscularity and to maintian the muscle I gained from last cycle. Between being "off" and deiting I have lost so much weight on the scale that I feel deflated. I can not beleive how fast I could loose wieght just from deiting (no cardio). I just ate two peices of pizza with 20oz of milk, and I am ready to eat again. My goal overall goal is to gain atleast another 20 or so pounds while on this cycle. I think becuase of the restriction of calories I will be able to increase my bodywieght quickly I hope. I feel that I look pretty decent, but for me just knowing that my body wieght is that low, I feel so upset, it is unexplainable. Should I start again with the hole fast food thing again? I know the calories are mostly from fat, but I need to gain my wieght back.

what gets me is I eat like a fat slob and I shoot 1000g test a week along with 50mg of anadrol50 along with some deca and I eat so much it hurts so bad, but when I weigh myself I weigh the fucking same and then all of a sudden whammmm it hits and now I am a fat bastard, now when I want to loose a few pounds I loose 15lbs some bodys are diferent you have to find that special spot that your body liks, kind of like a girls g spot once you find that she goes nuts,

i just read my own post and I am not sure if I MADE any fucking sense,
 
Phil, it sounds like you are doing exactly the same thing that I am doing. I am, for the first time, trying to actually lose alot of this fat in a short period of time, while trying to at least maintain muscle, if not actually gain some. I'm on a low calorie diet (2800 to 3000), of high protein, low carbs, moderate fat in the form of flax oil mostly.

I am losing fat at a decent rate, but I am not gaining any muscle that I can notice. I am gaining strength though. I feel like the cycle is almost a waste, but I'll be somewhat happy if I can at least maintain muscle, and lose alot of fat. My cycle is pretty close to your's in both products and dosages.

I'm tellin' ya, it's a frustrating process.

I here ya 100%. I am frustrated to say the least, and I def. do not want this cycle to be a maitanance cycle, I want to be very large. I mean I prob. look better now because of the water and fat loss, but my overall thickness that I love is vanashing. I am taking a good amount of aas which I just started less than a week ago, and I want to gain, gain, gain. I am still going to cut out total junk food, and sugars, but I am going to stuff myself with high calorie foods, just adding tons of protein. I will keep everyone posted on my progress over the next few monthes with pics and stats.

LOL...i just saw phil a few hours ago. so this is actually the FOURTH time i'm hearing this :) :). he looks good. not shredded, but good definition. but as he said...he wants the "bulk". so bulk he'll go after.

good luck phil. you'll get that 20 lbs back soon enough.
