I freaked my doctor out.

I got a funny story here. I went to my doctor for the first time since October 2002 this past week and when the nurse weighed me, she had to look at the paper 3 times to make sure there wasn't a mistake. She turns to me and say "You know, since October 2002, you've gained 53 lbs" I think my face turned red and I just shrugged my shoulders. So I'm sitting in the room waiting for the doctor when he comes in and says "Is this true?......You've gained over 50 lbs in a little more than year?" And then I began to explain "Well I started going to the gym and drinking weight gainer and...." so he says "Oh, so you meant to do that?" and I said yes and that was the last he mentioned it. I think its pretty funny tho and I didn't actually think my gains were that dramatic. Lets here it for 2 cycles of test, deca and dbol.

thats funny man. i got a doctors appointment next monday and since the last time i saw him (less than 4 months ago) i have put on 28 mostly solid pounds. i am dreading this cause every time i go in he already asks the AS question. this is my first cycle so i never had to bs him before. should be fun.

Doctors are funny, in 92 I was in a wreck that fractured t-7 in my back and heriated disk in my neck. but every time the doc. saw me all he could talk about was how big my arms where or you cant be that hurt look at you. I finally told him to quit looking at my arms and do something for my spine.......11

last year when i got my yearly physical for football i was in wk 7 of a deca cycle and i was worried he would know cuz of my balls being like raisins, but he got me with a heart murmor, i guess he thought that i just had small balls haha

You made me laugh. Reminds me of going to doc when I was in school came home to go to doc for the first time in like 1.5 years I had went from 152 to 230. I told him that it was from paxil or drinking, eating late at night and especially from lifting everyday. But it was to obviuos as I am now at 242 andtold him about the couple cycles I have down. At least I got my blood tested and no hassles from him. Except my cholestrol was a bit high.

lol my doc is from india. my first appointment he puts together a bloodtest sheet for me and in passing he says, "and we'll add the liver value test and testosterone levels too". he smiles and says, "how's the gym!?" he definitely knows what's up and seems to me he's full willing to go along w/ it...

Damn, I need to find a doc like you guys.

What does your doctor do that bothers you?

Understand, my doctor does NOT prescribe this stuff for me (and in fact he seems interested in my sources, for his own use). He'd just rather be in the position of managing the risk for me, I think.

That is pretty funny!

Md

I train a doctor 3 days a week. After 3 years I told her the whole deal..
Now she gives me pins, and wants me to get her var!!!(Script for anavar in this country is 3 times what I pay for it, european) It's great though because I'm a little older she totally rags on me about blood work, blood presure, stims while on,etc.
My Chiro though is another story. he busts my balls all the time, telling me I must doin shit because I don't look natural (thanks Doc.!) He says that evil gear is going to kill me. So I tell him "at least I'll look good in the coffin!!!"

That Evil Graybass

my doc aint come out and said anything but my massage therapist asked point blank if I was using steroids! I told her "No they are illegal and expensive."
she bought it I think

but she went on to say something about the tone of my muscles or something like that

yeah dude, massage therapist know their shit. mine knew everything about me by rubbin on me lol. it kinda freaked me out

By the way, I'm currently in the middle of a test deca and dbol cycle. I finished the dbol about a week and a half ago and Im glad because its started to thin my hair up front, anyway, my point is, the doc said I have perfect blood pressure. I don't remember the exact numbers but I think he said like 160/80 or something I'm not sure. I was supprised because I always thought these things messed with your BP. Anyway, I attribute my good bp to eating good, taking lots of vitamins and flax seed oil, and having sex regularly. I think if you can have sex or even rub one out on a regular basis, that is one of the best things for your blood pressure.

Ugh 160/80 is a little high. Not a dramatic level, but close enough to have most physicians label you as hypertensive since you are above JNC guidelines. If your BP is 160/80 and your physician didn't say anything about changing your diet or possibly adding an ACE or ARB, then you may want to switch doc's and get a second opinion.
I can assure you that if my BP was 160/80 I would be taking Altace or Accupril in a heartbeat. I like my BP to be in the 105/65 range esp considering I am a diabetic.
Good luck
