Woooohoooooo I feel like then man, just a few months ago I could barely hit 145lbs for 10rep. At the rate im going ill hit 400lbs in no time and i dont even work out with heavy wieght. I feel so danmn goom

Gopod job, bro!

How did you go from eeking out 145x10 to 315x3 in just a few months?

i dont know how your tendons can support that big of jump that fast. 50 pound increase is a lot let alone close to 150 pound increase in a few months. Nice gains though. Be careful about fast increases like that. Injury waiting to happen

yeah no shit, my forearms are just now getting over it....

I smell a pec rupture coming up. 3 plates is enough to make it happen, especially if you can only hit it for 3...thats up in the 90% RM range.

thick ever time I look at that nice perky avtar, I have to rub one out, eaither change it or share it with me bro, And that is a big jump in weight, be carful bro, I am starting to think maybe thats what happened to me when I fucked the back up, to much weight to fast,

my friends are pissing me off because i can lift way more then them. They think im juicing, but I take pics every 3-4 weeks so im not worried

I dont blame your friends. I have never seen someone who can struggle with 145 for 10(this is friggin weak) go to a very respectable 315x3 in only a few months. Living in bonnies most of my life has prevented me from training with many people so maybe that isnt that much of a gain. what was your previous lifting history and how much do you weigh. how much did you weight when you started

not to take away from your accomplishment but you weren't by any chance getting that "magic spot" (you know the one where your spotters doing deadlifts) while hitting 315 where you?

nope i cleared the first 2 rep and i got the " magic spot" on the 3rd rep

I remember seeing this realy big black guy working out with some friends in the gym. He was having a hell of a time with two plates. The problem was that he had never worked out with weights and he was having a problem with balance. I saw him in the gym all the time and after a fairly short period of time he was lifting some good lbs. You must have a good size frame to be pushing 315lbs in such a short period of time. Dont go crazy with heavy lbs before your body is ready or you will find yourself not being able to lift because you have fucked yourself up.

50 pound increase in bodyweight in a few months (define a "few" months). Without using AAS, what did you use?

Diesldud, i wish i had a nice frame im only 227lbs9 BF has to be some where aeound 17-19% now. My wife thinks i need to start cutting up cause of the BF...lol its so damn funny because she tells me that im getting to big but when she hugs me she tell me " u look like u would be soft but when we hug you feel hard. So i guess thats a good thing. Im taking about going on a 13 weeks diet but i need to do some reseach on whats out there I can use. Ill make sure I post pics

Hey Bob, I work out with this guy Eddie and hes reading this with me and he just said " if I wasnt there to see u lift every day then I would thank u are juicing myself" The funny thing is hes only 165 his self and is hitting 400 plus so I think hes juicing
