I've made Big weight,,POWER,,jumps when I 1st started,,
but I was on alittle something something. I think it was like
135lbs was my best,,to get 2,,Lol and with in 3 mouths
was up to 315 to 325lbs for 1. But I powerlifted back in them
days. Sheet, I was only like 135 and went to 150. My best
was 350lbs at 150. But I don't hardly push heavy weight
anymore. My shoulders hurt bad. Not sure what I could do
now,,prolly the same or less,,lol.
But good work to be clean bro. Not many do it like that.
I see 15 16 year olds useing AAS now. I've even tried
to tell them about not useing,,but they tend to not give a fock
what you say. Then If you ask them about ,,how ya gonna
get your nuts working again,,there like what you talking about.
Then they always ask ,,How you get your arms so big to
be 5.5ft tall. What do you use?? D-bol,,the Sos? lmao.
haha I just laugh,,and say go to GNC. It's crazy what ya
see in the Gyms.
