that's a huge strength & size gain. Immpressive

take advantage of your natural gains; then juice em up, if you want.

before i juiced ppl always accused me of using, even in HS. I use to get really pissed. But now i think it's funny.

just remember, "jealousy is a terrible thing" the ppl that accuse you in the gym; and say o he can only do that cuz he juices, weather you're on or not; are just envous cuz they're vaginas. They wonder why they can't make n e gains, but they don't train consistantly, they skip meals...etc

I've made Big weight,,POWER,,jumps when I 1st started,,
but I was on alittle something something. I think it was like
135lbs was my best,,to get 2,,Lol and with in 3 mouths
was up to 315 to 325lbs for 1. But I powerlifted back in them
days. Sheet, I was only like 135 and went to 150. My best
was 350lbs at 150. But I don't hardly push heavy weight
anymore. My shoulders hurt bad. Not sure what I could do
now,,prolly the same or less,,lol.

But good work to be clean bro. Not many do it like that.
I see 15 16 year olds useing AAS now. I've even tried
to tell them about not useing,,but they tend to not give a fock
what you say. Then If you ask them about ,,how ya gonna
get your nuts working again,,there like what you talking about.
Then they always ask ,,How you get your arms so big to
be 5.5ft tall. What do you use?? D-bol,,the Sos? lmao.
haha I just laugh,,and say go to GNC. It's crazy what ya
see in the Gyms.

the most i could ever do is 450lbs. but i dont even want heavier your tendons will rip and i did way to many wide grip pull ups and upon doing 100mg winny a day for some extra kick my shoulders turned into old lady joints.

today i feel great took 6months off just finishing a cycle now and i will never take winny again. im stil one of the bigger guys in the gym i just train alot different and not so heavy.
 
if i were you i would slow down on the weight bro... higher reps liek 8-10 will save your shoulders and tendons... i tore my shoudler doing a bench competition a few weeks back and i'm headin in for surgery may 12... i'll be out 6 months...

never again will i go below 6-8 reps on anything... i can tell my joints... espeically shoulders and knees arent made for pushin that much weight like those powerlifters..

So you are saying that you put on 50 pounds of muscle witout any gear in just a few months???? You my friend are either a fucking liar or you are dillusional and are guessing at your weight..... Either way, I feel sorry for you. Oh and my mistake.... Your people call it thick not fat.... And stop sighing like a girl when a man talks to you...... As far as the little Rob comments, I could care less..... I know who and what I am..... I would post a pic but they would be too identifiable and everyone knows your people like to tell to save their own asses..... This very far fetched( impossible ). I lost 30lbs and my bench went up 60lbs but I had help ;) Man am I loving the EQ from Tao with some Spanish Testex. If I put 50 lbs of muscle on a ton of the best drugs it would be mostly water.

By the way Rob I think Thick might take offense to the comparison.
 
Muscle recall is quite impressive.....I took time off due to depression and I came back slow 185.....and within 3 months I was doing 8 reps with 275.....I did eat much more....when I was depressed I lost a ton of weight.

this isnt a putdown by any means but you said your friend is 165 lbs and hes putting up 400+? ...are you sure youre not mistaking the 25 lb plates for 45's ?
thats a hell of a lot of weight for a 165lb guy to be benching

Look im sorry because you guys seem to be out of luck when it comes to gaining muscle. Just think, what if im telling the truth, then put your self in my place. This is what comes in my mind " these guys really suck because if they think my lil jump on my bench is such a big deal then they must be weak ass hell" or " I shouldnt get mad because I know lil bitches love to start and talk shit so fuck em" Im done here
