There should be a Meso Emmies so this thread could get the nomination for the "zero to dumb" category. pertaining to $$man's claims, that's some serious claiming. i think he's probably made some good gains and maybe through some exuberance for his gains, overexaggerated a bit. 
i can relate though, i spent the past 2 years devoid bench, all free weight incline/decline/bench. just recently been grappling w/ the bar and yes, i'm lifting like a sally bitchass. the muscle memory is not there, and it will take time to engrain. i believe once i am comfortable w/ the form the strength will take over and i'll start pushing some real weight.
will i increase by 170lbs in 3 months without any exogenous aids, as $$man claims. most definitely not

I hear you bro. 30 days ago I was squatting 1 plate for 2 reps. With no juice and a little Cell-Tech I am now up to 4 plates for 10 reps with growth happening by the day. By my calculations I have put on about 75 lbs. of muscle in that month but my weight on went up 40 lbs. due to fat loss. Don't let them get you dow....with the magic of supplements anything can happen.
