I Need Energy!!!

midway through my bulking cycle and my energy level is so low I can't get otta bed before 2 PM. Ive tried hydroxycut, red bull, coffee and tea, shit nothing works. Someone please tell me something! Bj

Liver clean out time. with no info on you gear your using I will take stab at your need for milk thistle and other cleanout herbs. I have the same problem when I use alot of gear and become stimulant happy. Eventually nothing works and I am run down. Do a liver clean out and you'll feel like new. There are several products designed for this prupose that I can't think of right now.
 
thanks 44 I might take you up on that. I'm in middle of a bulking cycle week 8 of a long 16 week one. 100mgs drol first 4 weeks 300mg Sus and 250mg Deca every 3 days. I take 175mgs milk thistle extract 2-3x per day and I've had my liver checked recently and its fine. I do go to bed late like 4 or 5 AM but starting out my day is a bitch. My girl is calling me lazy but i'm not, I'm just running on empty. What else is there? Bj

dude if youre going to bed at 4 am of course it will be hard to wake up-try getting up at 6am every day for a week it will retrain ur circadain rhythm and u will be tired earlier as well. Try to be in bed by 10pm

All those substances are just going to leave you on your ass a few hours later. Check your dietary intake (ie: insulin levels/GI of carbs, EFA intake) and make sure you are not unreasonably overdoing it in the gym. Usually it's your bodys way of telling you something is wrong, other times it's a psychological issue where you just let yourself get in a rut for whatever reason (ie: depression). The CNS stimulants are a temporary and in essence is not effective in actually solving the problem.
