Hey, I really need help getting my body built, im just sick and tired of my chubby figure. I am 5' 10" 140 lbs at 15%ish body fat. I would like to drop my bf below 10% and get muscle gains, ive got scrawny arms and chubby everything else. I have never had any past work out experience the only thing i do is a few hundred situps and curls daily in an attempt to keep my stomach some what tonned.I am going to start going to the gym soon but I want to start out on a supplement I would get steriods but I have got no way to obtain them I dont know any one that has used them so I was just gonna give one of the many supplements a try the one I had in mind was m1-t. So what im looking for is some kind of guide to what would work best to burn of my desired amount of fat and get some muscle gain in the shortest period of time possible. Im not asking for a full work out routine just some pointers to get started as I am an amature and what would work best for a supplement. Here is a pic of me currently.
