(BASAL METABOLIC RATE) 1990 kCal
Total body fat 9%
Body weight 178lbs
Height 6’4”
Age 28
Male
Evaluation says I need to consume
3,500cal daily (260g) protein
Is this correct? And with the 200 tablets of Dianabol 25 and two bottles tren ace 100 what’s the best way to use these while training and gaining weight to reach 200lbs ?right now I’m in week 2 of using the dbol after using all the test prop stack with tren ace 100?

Lay out what you have done cycle wise.
And your actual cycle, are you running test? You half mention test prop “after using all the test prop” so you are on test or not on test?

100% this. You won’t get better advice than that, youre at baby weight you have no business discussing tren, eat a burger, stop worrying so much about grams of protein and energy expenditure, that’s semantics you need to worry about when you weigh more than a 13 year old. Just eat more and lift more, it’s that simple.
 
Go do an intro post and tell us about yourself. I’ll tell you what I tell everyone else.

You need food not drugs. Go eat five meals a day and weigh out your meals for the first few weeks so you know what calories look like.
 
You gotta start eating on a schedule. Set an alarm on your phone, and if you stick to the same times every day, by week two, you’ll be smashing 5-6 meals easy.
 
only cycle i did was tren ace 50mg stack it 100mg test prop daily but i need to focus on my diet is what yall are saying so i hope in 5 months from now i can gain 20 pounds ill be using testosterone enanthate and nandrolone phenylpropionate. 150mg testosterone and 100mg nandrolone in one syringe. Injections every other day and i add an oral dbol 25 maybe 50mg daily to boot

Since you seem to have trouble with appetite / eating enough food, I wouldn't use any orals as they can mess with your ability to eat.

Test? Sure. Nandrolone? Ok.

But none of that is going to do much of anything if you don't EAT.

You need to eat.

One more time, you need to eat. Not just chicken and rice. You need some REAL DENSE AF meals.
 
3500 calories daily is my biggest challenge but ill be looking for tasty meals and snacks to eat any fast food places cause i dont have time to ever cook prep meals

Meal prep!
Make 3 or 4 days worth of food in one shot. Grab 200oz (12lbs) of steak, and grill all at once... throw into plastic container in the fridge... microwave to reheat. Same with carbs.

Fast food is mostly saturated fat calories... those don't help you much. Protein dense red meat will get you there, Chicken too.

I can eat 3500 calories without a blink, because of my meal prep. It takes getting used to, but then just becomes a "no-brainer" habit, like showering.

What a dumpster fire. You need a coach my man's, or do alot more research on how to properly put some weight on. I'm 6'3" and was 180 when I started this. I bulked to 260 without a coach, cut to 230 and went to a coach after that. I had to push alooooot of food and got a little chubby in the process. Golden Coral isn't going to get you there, you need rice and potatoes with lean meats.

Is that a serious question? You don't know where to get a shake? Or, are you just pissing on members who took the time to share good info?

Unfortunately, IMO, we are all wasting time trying to help this guy. Obviously, with his responses, he's not taking anything seriously, or considering any of it.

It's as simple as this...
"I don't have enough money to buy a Mercedes."
Then, you can't get one.
"I don't have time to learn piano."
Then, you can't play one.
"I don't have *whatever* to eat/train enough."
Then, you can't gain.

OP, you currently DO NOT have whatever it takes to reach your goal. Nor, does it seem like you are receptive enough to understand that. Go ahead and spend the money you don't have (since you have to work so much you can't eat) on all that AAS, without doing anything recommended in this thread... see how far that gets you.
