I am listening I’m eating chipotle bowls everyday now and maybe a milkshake
White rice black beans chicken grilled veggies and queso
Dude why are you eating vegetables? Add very little calories, or protein, and just fill you up + slow digestion due to fiber.

Beans? You tryna mess up your digestion more?

Queso? Best thing on this list it's so dense with calories.

Chicken? Third best thing though it's soaked in low quality seed oils.

Shake? Second best thing. Dairy protein + calories.

Which ones am I serious about which ones am I not?

i agree as i have been wondering why i eat as many veggies in volume per week, with like @Trenbolonetax was saying , minimum calories for space taken, notice portion that could easily be "more rice&chicken" in place of veggies, I wouldn't cut them all the way out. I would leave a few in just for color. Makes me think.

Some of my post was satire and some was not lol. But there’s a bunch of truth to the veggie statement I made.

Not at all; just killing a bit of time lol and feeling a bit better since I've been popping dbol last couple days pre workout and think ameliorating what I believe to be low estrogen balance caused by EQ.
