Dude why are you eating vegetables? Add very little calories, or protein, and just fill you up + slow digestion due to fiber.

i agree as i have been wondering why i eat as many veggies in volume per week, with like @Trenbolonetax was saying , minimum calories for space taken, notice portion that could easily be "more rice&chicken" in place of veggies, I wouldn't cut them all the way out. I would leave a few in just for color. Makes me think.

I personally get more feel good from dbol than from adrol, quite a bit more! I think you’ll like it :)
 
Couple of jerks commenting not really useful info being stated but I’m training every day to failure slowed down my food intake due to stomach issues but I’m 181lbs and still getting stronger. 50mg dbol a day is good? One 25mg morning another in evening and for injection should it be in the morning or at night?

To be fair dude what are you looking for people to tell you? It’s a simple solution to your problem: you need to eat more. Several people have suggested reasonable ways to accomplish that.

Google “monster mash Stan efferding” and also start understanding what foods digest quickly for you so you can use more of those.

Honestly you should focus less on training and more on eating at this point lol. You shouldn’t be training to failure daily.

If you have stomach issues, drop the dbol. It’s not helping you. Sure it helps you gain weight but that weight won’t stick. It’s water.

Inject your gear whenever you want.

what a moron i never said that at all. sleep is where u recover. im taking stuff to bulk up and eat lots cause thats the challenge. dont respond if u dont have info to give nothing else. save the the bullshit for someone who cares otherwise youre wasting time typing extra crap

260 grams of protein is a good goal. Shoot for 800 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fat.

That is:

1040 calories from protein
3200 calories from carbs
900 calories from fat.

5140 total calories. If you cannot get that all in, fine, but track your calories and build up to this. Always get the 260 grams of protein even if you do not get all of the carbs in.

No, do not take dbol and tren ace. That is retarded. Stop the drugs and sort out your diet. Make your own food and buy a 20 bucks food scale and track for free at MyFitnessPal.

Track every day. You are not eating as much as you think unless you know what you are eating weigh it or measure it, and track it.

only cycle i did was tren ace 50mg stack it 100mg test prop daily but i need to focus on my diet is what yall are saying so i hope in 5 months from now i can gain 20 pounds ill be using testosterone enanthate and nandrolone phenylpropionate. 150mg testosterone and 100mg nandrolone in one syringe. Wake up and cook six eggs and a cup of oats, dry, boil it in water, add a chopped up gala apple, two slices of Dave's Killer Bread, cup of coffee or tea, and you just got in your first meal of carbs and protein and fat and it only took 5 minutes to prepare. And you just woke up.

Now you will eat another meal in about 3 hours, and it is already in the refrigerator because you meal prepped it and you just have to measure out the correct quantities, heat it up and eat. You can enter the entries into myfitnesspal while you are eating so you know how much more you need fro the day.

Stop training 6/7 days a week. Train 4-5, maybe. You need off days. Hey, take one of those off days and use the time you would have used in the gym to meal prep.

140lbs at 6ft how what’s your age at that time I was 155lbs in April and didn’t take anything or start training seriously until the last two months now I’m 179lbs and at Golden Corral all I ate was pot roast steamed potatoes and carrots plus steaks however I’m taking a break because I think I over did it and now have had abdominal pains for the last 3 days so I’ve had an entire oats cereal with almonds and drink some protein and pizza to get until this pain goes away giving about a week before I see doc if it gets worst and my goal is still train whiling eating 3500 + to reach 200lbs in the next five months.

I was 140 pounds at 6 feet after two years of lifting weights. No more excuses. STFU and do what you are being told from people who have "been there done that." You are not special. You do not have some sort of alien technology instead of human genetics. You just do not eat and train properly.

Stop taking dbol and whatever the injection morning and night is. Just stop. Get your diet sorted out. It will take you about a week of tracking every day to figure out the right amounts and types of food, but it will get easier after that.

Then, once we get your diet sorted, and you are taking a couple more rest days, we can work on your training, while also slowly increasing your calories, if needed. You can start at 260 grams of protein and 3500 calories if you like. Then you can increase it by a few hundred calories daily if the scale does not move up after a couple of weeks.

Step one is tracking and making your own meals. Get your shit together and do what needs to be done.

Then, once we get the scale going the right direction, and your training dialed in, maybe we can discuss your use of steroids, but I can guarantee it will not be a dbol/tren combo. Did I mention that is retarded?

There is no drug you can take to “bulk up” adding legitimate muscle tissue without also providing enough energy substrate for the body to build with, hence “BodyBuilding.”

What are you taking to eat lots? Doesn’t appear to be working. I would rethink your strategy.

Let me repeat my suggestions from earlier in the thread: stop using dbol, stop training to failure daily. Figure out what foods are easily digestible and calorically dense, eat more of those foods. If your appetite is so piss poor that even doing those things you somehow cannot eat enough, look at leveraging appetite enhancers (MK667, GHRPs, etc).
