Id like to have someone put my diet in check with literaly helping me make a grocery list as well as show me new lifting excersises . Ive been noticing the problem is that where i live nothing but bullshit/not hardcore trainers is all they have here. Problem is im 5'7 190 at about 15-20%bf and strong as an bull but still have that gut. Serious replys needed thanks.

Strong as a bull and still have a gut are usually signs of a lifter who doesn't do enough cardio. Diet is also important but if you are a serious lifter most of your calories should be going to growth. How much cardio do you do per week? And what are the foods that you are eating. Most have all the answers that they need to get their goals on track its just motivation that is lacking. Unless you are trying to get a competitors build or have a huge amount of fat to loose then just eating a clean diet is all you really need with at least 4 sessions of cardio a week. If I were you I would start with the cardio and see how that works out for you. What are you eating BTW?

We do online training and consulataion as well as one on one in the Kansas city area, but it costs money bro.

start by doing 45 minutes of bike first thing in the morning (it is important to keep your heart rate around 110 to 120 to burn the fat ,it will feel to easy but it is best), stay away from all forms of bread , and cut your carbs out at 2:00pm , only eat protein and broccoli the rest of the day ..... thats a start in can get much results if you, eat an apple/ egg whites with peppers for breakfast, than 2 hrs later protein shake and an potato with broccoli , 2hrs later chicken breast potato and broccoli ,2hrs later protein shake and salad than dinner chicken breast ,and then before bed protein shake ......also drink your body weight in ounces of water a day (1pound =1ounce of water) ...take a good multi that needs to be taken 3 times a day..........every 6 days eat whatever you want for dinner only ......3 weeks i guarantee 15 pounds dropped and than its about maintenance...also evening workouts should be about heavy weights at first then in a few weeks switch back to higher reps.

Thank you all for your advice. To be honest i do think that i could clean up my diet a bit and also do more cardio. I do notice that when i do cardio i do have more energy so im guessing thats my body speeding up my motabolism. Diet is key i will work on that and i do think the cutting carbs at two thing is something that just might work for me also. Right now ive been lifting at lunch time.
