Possibly depending on the carrier they used , ive got it to hold in mig at 200mg/ml with less than 25%bb ... 250mg though is really pushing it imo , and pip would probably suck pretty bad to boot .. So not impossible , but im skeptical to say the least unless there was obnoxious amount of solvent in it ...
