I told my son when he was a senior in high school to be careful. Get some some nudes from a younger chick and you could be fucked with a pedo tag for life.

Yeah, that restriction on the 1st Amendment wasn't a good idea. Especially not in this day and age. If you're 17 or 18 and get sexted by a 15-16 yo, no big deal really. Poor parenting yes, but nothing to charge anyone with a crime over.

He went in to apply for a job and that incident is keeping him from getting a job because of how the whole incident was recorded. His record shows he assaulted two kids. Crazy.

He was in high school. He is now a freshman in college. It isnt a big deal to him and he is going to get work. Just crazy how shit can get turned around and bite you later.
