iFit Test Cyp + Deca Cycle

Week 6 update. Coming to the end of week 6. Went from 207-220 so far. Very happy with my weight gain. My original goal for this cycle was to hit 220 but looks like my goal has changed to 230. Pumps have been great, and all my lifts are still climbing. Got some acne on my back but thats normal for me when I blast. A lot of people in my gym keep asking me what I'm taking and I just reply with more protein. My appetite is crazy. It use to be hard getting in 5k calories a day but its actually pretty easy now. Added more mac and cheese, more rice, and more grape juice into my diet. Joints are feeling nice from the deca. I've tried a bunch of different brands before and I highly recommend iFit. I will be ordering from them again in the future. I will give another update at the end of week 8, hopefully I will weigh 225 then. I appreciate any feedback, or if you have any questions feel free to ask.
 
Week 8 update. Only gained 2 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Still happy to see more gains. Went from 207-222 so far in the cycle and aiming for 230. 6 weeks to gain 8 pounds, I can easily do it. My lifts keep going up every week. I dont do 1rm, I stick to 10-12 reps. On my bench I use to struggle getting 265 for 10 before the cycle and now I can do 285 for 10. My squat Im doing 335 for 10. My deadlift I'm doing 405 for 12. And military I'm doing 185 for 12. Joints are feeling very good from the deca. And I have to say this is probably the smoothest oil I've ever used. Absolutely zero PIP or lump after injection. I never had to put a heating pad or use icy hot on the injection area. The next day it feels like I never injected. I have been sweating like crazy recently, sometimes I wake up and my bed is soaked. I'm really enjoying the gains from this ifit cycle. Week 10 update. Weighing 223. Only a 1 pound gain in the past 2 weeks, but gained 15 pounds off this cycle in 10 weeks. I'm enjoying this cycle, cant believe its over in 4 more weeks. Still hoping to hit 230 from it but its getting much harder to gain weight once I hit 220. Going to have to add more food to my diet. In the gym I've been sweating a lot more, and when I wake up in the morning sometimes I'm full of sweat. Have a little back acne but taking a 2nd shower a day is really helping. These bottles really have 10.5 cc, iFit was not kidding when they said that. Not a fan that there minimum went up to $400 but I could see why. Going to update in another 2 weeks like always, only 2 updates left after this. Already planning my next cycle out after I cruise for a little. I will post it in my week 14 update. And sorry guys about no pics, I get a lot of comments and messages to post pics. This is just a written log to tell you my experience with a source, and for me to look back on in the future. Usually when you hit that 220 mark your calories have to jump significantly. You will probably 4000-4200 calories to start gaining again.

I say probably because we are all different. I was stuck at 225 while on cycle. Look at my calorie intake and it said I needed to take in 4200 calories a day to continue to gain.

If you decide to cut from this cycle you will be hungry all the time. Lol.
 
God I can't even imagine eating that much! I eventually would like to be the 220 area though and around 12%.. I'm only 210 with a little fluff and 2800-3000 calories is pain enough for me lol
You can probably get to 220 with our eating as much. Use my fitness calculator it will break it down for you. Break your macros for bulk, cut and maintenance.

It's been over year since I bulked. I got tired of just eating and force feeding. I lift powerlifter style. So I did need to cut because I lost some strength. But the break from stuffing my face was needed.

I will say this if you go on a bulk then you start a cut and your in a pretty decent caloric deficit. You're body will want to eat constantly. I would eat breakfast, lunch or dinner and I was hungry 30 minutes later. My body has adapted to 53-5500 calories a day now I was down to maintenance and eventually 300 calories below maintenance.

Add a liter of fairlife a day. One bottle of whole milk is 1,000 calories and 100 grams protein. You have gone from 2800 calories to 3800 calories instantly.

I'm eating around 5k calories a day. Trying to figure out how to add more food. I'm eating about every 2 hours. Diet consists of:

6 eggss
2 oatmeals
2 waffles
Chicken
2 quarter pounders for mcdonalds
Steak
Pasta
Rice
Beans
Corn
Spinach
Broccoli
Ice cream

I start eating around 6am and finish eating around 10pm. Only have about 2 shakes a day because it kills my appetite and I gain more weight from food.

I have a really fast metabolism. Anything you recommend me add? Or should I just make every meal a little bigger?

And I am the same, I normally train for power lifting but got a little heavy (pretty bad weight lol, 245 w plenty of fluff) and started developing clavicle osteolysis as well... Started hurting really bad just to lift my left shoulder without weight... So I took a break went back to bodybuilding to lose the weight and just trying to cut up until I get back into it... I had to stop doing any pressing movements for months.. And after that only lightweight presses.. It's been a few years but I can finally press again mostly without pain.. I listen to my body much better and back down now if I feel anything in an unnatural pain.

Week 12 update. Weight is still at 223, a solid 16 pounds in 12 weeks. I feel like my body needs to adjust to my new weight before I can move up again. Hopefully 225 by the end of the cycle, still reached my goal of 220 so I'm very happy with this cycle. I feel like I'm maintaining my weight these past 2 weeks and losing body fat. Have been getting a lot of compliments. And my girlfriend has noticed my hands are swole and my libido has increased a lot. Have been waking up sweating a lot recently but it feels good. Love taking cold showers after the gym. Really enjoying this cycle, kind of disappointed its coming to an end. I will definitely be buying from iFit again, and I recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all the feedback and everyone following my cycle. Last update in 2 weeks and I will post what my next cycle will be and you can follow it then. Again sorry no pictures this log is just my personal experience with a source, and for me to look back on in the future.
 
Week 14 Update. So my iFit cycle is finally over. My weight changed from 207 to 224 during this cycle. 17 pound gain. My lifts all went up about 20-30 pounds. My energy and libido have been very high from week 8 to now. I really enjoyed this cycle and plan to order more from iFit soon. One of the smoothest gear I ever pinned, never any sign of PIP. Only bad side effect I had was back acne, but that will clear when I go tanning on the beach when the weather gets nicer. I slept like a baby at night. No complaints about iFit, from the customer service, to the T/A, to the quality of their product I would rate them a 10/10. Thank you to everyone that followed my cycle and left feedback. My next cycle will be in about 3 months and I will be running Test/Tren/Mast. Have a good day everyone!
