IGF 1 vs GH vs OTC Secretagogues

Up until today , I thought GH and IGF 1 were like pretty much the same thing?
Is one better than the other? and what about the nutrition store secretagogues? are they worth anything? I bought some Pinnacle Alpha Dopa Poppers recently and plan to use them while I am starting Anavar for the first time. Is this a good idea?
Actually what supps are good to take with Anavar?

Can take anything you want with Var .. Var is great for strength and vascularity and no water because no buildup of estrogen ... Even at very low doses too ... Increases in IGF is the reason HGH is good for size but HGH is better than IGF for fat lose so they say .. IGF is better for size but unless you have a good source for either your going to either get ripped or pay way too much .. AAS would be a better choice for most .. I get IGF1 long R for $50/mg and HGH for $1.80-$1.60/IU but my HGH is 192aa which some would rather 191 . so i have a great source for many things but i guess we can't have it all .. The great thing is, i can ask for a good HGH source 191aa and probably get it .. the great thing about having friends i can trust .

Secretagogues are worthless.

Arginine has been shown to increase growth hormone but for practical purposes it's worthless too, primarily because you need to take a dose that is so massive that it is guaranteed to cause severe gastrointestinal distress. I suspect that intravenous arginine can actually be quite useful but can't find a source for it.

UG means under ground.

UG is homebrew. Its powder that people get and mix with a bunch of types of oil and alcohol. And you got yourself home made AAS.
