you'll get people saying to do it this way, but I'd say just once after lifting in the muscles worked is better. Most people have just done it 2x/day without trying it both ways. Very interesting and very much inline with the experiences of some of the others with whom I've spoken. Personally, I felt there was a difference but not substantial enough to outweigh the risks and cost.
As for your tricep, it sounds like the exact same thing that happened to me in my calf after calf injections with Tren Acetate. Scared the hell out of me for the longest time but, my calf has finally recovered. It took one year!
