so I'm new here I've been reading a lot of threads on different cycles and advice and figured I'd make an account because everyone on here seems to know there shit. And I have a few questions of my own. For starters I'm 24 years old. 5'7" 188 and about 11 to 14% bf I've been lifting for about 6 years off and on. My best lifts right now are 265 squat clean, 425 Olympic squat , 320 front squat, 420 deadlift, 300 bench press but I'm not going to write a short novel just introducing myself and giving some stats. I look forward to hearing your advice and sharing my progress.
